Arickaree School District R-2 Announces Finalists for Superintendent Interviews

Anton, Colorado – the Arickaree School District Board of Education is pleased to announce that they have selected 3 candidates to interview for their superintendent/principal vacancy.  The candidates selected for interviews are:

                                    Dr. Daniel Brackett

                                    Mr. Brian Schipper

                                    Mrs. Lisa Weigel

Interviews are scheduled to be conducted during the week of April 5^th.  The board intends to make their selection by May 10, 2021.

Arickaree School District retained the services of McPherson & Jacobson, L.L.C. to assist in conducting their search.  The consultants reviewed, screened, and conducted extensive background checks on all applicants.  On March 22, 2021, the consultant presented the applicants to the Board of Education and provided them detailed background information on each applicant.  The board selected 3 candidates as finalists.
